Finch Za’atar Spice Mix 50g

A blended mixture of selected spices, popular in the Middle East. This blend is made from toasted sesame seeds, thyme, sumac and salt, our zaatar spice blend is a great addition to the spice pantry. Zaatar spice is used traditionally in Middle Eastern cuisine and commonly used for flatbreads with a little olive oil. It makes for a great seasoning on a range of foods such as baked potato, hummus and roasted vegetables for extra flavour.
